Over our many years of helping homes and businesses like yours, we have had the pleasure of building close relationships with over 400 installers nationwide. This means that wherever you are, we will typically have an installer near you, should you require their service.
Our installers are contracted to professionally assemble your salon furniture at the best possible price.
Please note that remote locations may incur additional costs. If an installer deems your location is remote, we will inform you before processing your order. Installations during weekends and/or holidays will also incur additional costs that will have to be covered by the customer. Regular installation hours are between 8am-4pm, Monday to Friday.
After assembly, installers will require your sign-off to make sure you are 100% satisfied with their work.
There are generally two levels of installation:
1. Regular Installation
The salon furniture is shipped to your address, where upon you move it yourself into a room of choice where the furniture will be installed. The installer arrives at a later day or time to professionally assemble it for you. This method is cost effective if you need installation only.
Before setting up the installation date, please make sure that you have received all boxes. The installers will not be able to complete the installation if you are missing parts.
2. White Glove Installation
The salon furniture is shipped to your address. You are responsible for offloading the furniture; however some manufacturers may offer garage delivery, please inquire. The installers will arrive at a later day or time to move your salon furniture into a room of choice and then professionally assemble it. This is a more involved and costly process, albeit far more convenient.
Please note that the responsibility to ensure a clear installation pathway falls on you, the customer, so as to ensure the installers will be able to navigate your furniture into the room of choice. If you are not 100% sure that your furniture can fit into a room or hallway, let us know prior to processing the order and we will send a professional installer to check the location. There is a non-refundable charge of $79 for this service. If the installation pathway is changed in any way after the installer has cleared the original location pathway, you will be responsible for any extra charges that may be incurred as a result of the change.
